About the PUBLIC SOFTWARE LIBRARY (PsL)
.

PsL has been accepting orders for software since 1982. Over the years, PsL has been recommended in every major (PC) computer magazine, many computer books, and many non-computer publications from "Changing Times" to "NY Times". PsL owner Nelson Ford was one of the founders (in 1982) and former president of the world's largest user group (Houston Area League of PC Users) and one of the founders (in 1987) and a current Board member of the Association of Shareware Professionals.

Flair Software has chosen PsL as its agent to accept phone credit card orders. As Flair Software's order processing agent, PsL is not able help you with any aspect of using software. Any questions about the status of the shipment of the order, refunds, registration options, product details, technical support, volume discounts, dealer pricing, site licenses, non-credit card orders, etc., must be directed to: support@flairsoft.com

About Secure Transactions

Many browsers, including Netscape and MS Explorer, support secure online transactions. If your browser supports secure transactions you can use this feature to order software. When you order, an option to use secure transactions will be presented. See your browser's Help files to determine what security protocols it supports and configuration details.
